The purpose of establishing this alliance is to improve the following situations:
1. Reduce the transaction costs of dealing with traders in the past or
integrating different suppliers on their own to achieve one-stop
shopping.
2. Reduce communication and time costs caused by unclear demands
from traders or different suppliers.
3. Eliminate the problem of high quotations due to high costs of
traders, thereby enhancing customer competitiveness and profit.
4. Provide feasible solution suggestions during the customer design
phase to shorten development time and quickly enter the market.
5. All manufacturing alliance members are located in Taiwan, meeting at
least 85% of customer production needs within a 4-hour driving
distance.
6. Some regional alliance members can support personnel scheduling,
and a multi-skilled system can be flexibly adjusted to meet urgent
order requirements.
